Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident registering for the Mann Ki Gita masterclass. This policy explains when and how refunds are provided.

1. Refund window

• Before the session: If you request a refund at least 24 hours before your scheduled masterclass, you are eligible for a full refund of the fee paid.
• Within 24 hours of the session: Because your seat is reserved and the live session is about to run, refunds requested within 24 hours of the start time are generally not available. If you have a genuine emergency, contact us — we will do our best to accommodate you, for example by moving you to a future session.
• After the session has started or ended: Fees for a session that has already begun or concluded are non-refundable.

2. If we reschedule or cancel

If we reschedule or cancel a session, you may choose to attend the revised session or receive a full refund.

3. How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93505 11432 with the name and mobile number used at registration and, if available, your payment reference ID. This helps us locate your booking quickly.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Razorpay. Once approved, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
